One Picture, A Thousand Words: Paris

Look the other way...

I had the experience of staying in a teeny tiny albeit lovely Airbnb space in Paris last summer. The view was incredible. Way up high at the top of the building I had a clear view of the iconic Eiffel Tower from my window. I remember sitting and staring out the window for what seemed like forever. Eventually I lay down, exhausted from a day of travel and looked the other way, staring at a wall. I glanced to my right and noticed the reflection in the window and grabbed this shot. I always try to remind myself the importance of looking the other way and getting a fresh perspective when shooting something and even just going about day to day life. Change things up, look the other way and you might notice something that catches your eye.
