Creativity, Connection, and Purpose

For as long as I can remember, creativity and connection have been at the heart of everything I do. But it wasn’t always an easy path.

I spent over 20 years in the public school system as an educator, driven by a passion to help people learn and grow. At the same time, I built a career in commercial photography, focusing on telling stories through images. But both spaces—structured and corporate—began to feel constricting.

In schools, I heard constant limits: ‘No, we don’t have time, resources, or space.’ In photography, creativity felt reduced to a checklist of deliverables. I found myself craving alignment—space to create intuitively, connect deeply, and express myself authentically.

That shift came through my own experiences with trauma and PTSD. After a traumatic birth and years of navigating PTSD, my nervous system was completely rewired. The ways I used to operate—pushing through, staying in constant motion—simply stopped working. I had to unlearn everything I thought I knew about strength and rebuild my life from the ground up, leaning into what I’d already learned about psychology, communication, and brain behavior from my years in education.

But I needed more. The stress, the overwhelm, the grief—I couldn’t out-think or push past it. I had to feel it, process it, and let it move through me. That’s when I discovered therapeutic art and holistic, somatic approaches. It changed everything. These tools didn’t just help me process; they taught me how to thrive, express myself without limits, and connect with my inner voice.

I’ve built my business and my life by blending these tools with intuition and creativity, and now I’ve made it my mission to share them with others. Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm aren’t new problems, but I believe they need new solutions. My work is here to help you reconnect with yourself, quiet the noise, and take small, meaningful steps toward a life of clarity, purpose, and alignment—on your own terms.

Through curated therapeutic art tools, intuitive practices, and simple, effective resources, I’m here to guide you toward emotional clarity, creative self-expression, and a deeper connection to your inner wisdom. Whether it’s through my art prints, guides, or transformative practices, I’m committed to empowering you with tools that help you live with intention and ease.
